1 – Introduction

Welcome to Oreeed. The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Oreeed website and mobile application. By accessing this website or downloading the Oreeed mobile application, you confirm your acknowledgment and understanding of the Terms and Conditions and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You are only authorized to use the Services provided by Oreeed if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to these Terms and Conditions.
Pease read the Terms and Conditions carefully. Furthermore, you can also read our privacy policy before you join the Oreeed family in order to learn about how your information is stored and protected. Our privacy policy is considered part of the Terms and Conditions.
Oreeed reserves the right to change, add, or remove any parts of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective when posted on the Oreeed website. Oreeed will not send notifications to these changes. Therefore, it is advised that users check these Terms and Conditions of use regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site and your failure to cease use of the services after the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions of use will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
References in the Terms and Conditions to “we”, “our” or “us” (or similar) are references to Oreeed E-Commerce Co. Owned by Oreeed Electronic Services Co. Ltd. References to “user” or “you” (or similar) are references to you as an individual or legal entity as the case may be.

2 – Use of the Oreeed Site

When using our site, you must either be at least 16 years old or you must be accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to the processing of the information and details and you state that all information and details provided are true and correspond to reality. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Oreeed hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Services by displaying it on your internet browser, for our Site, or on your mobile devices, for our App, only for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site or App and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by Oreeed in advance. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

3 – Prices, Order Confirmation and Payment

The prices of all items are listed on our website and application. All payments will be through cash-on-delivery and in SDG.
All prices are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered and the delivery.
Prices may change at any time, but changes shall not affect the orders for which we have sent an Order Confirmation.
If for some reason we are unable to deliver your goods, the value of the items that are not delivered will be refunded to your wallet in your Oreeed Account or to the original method of payment.
Please note that there may be cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.

4 – Returns, Refunds, Order cancellations and Exchanges.

4.1 – Returns
Our return policy varies depending on the products. For clothing and accessories, returns must be made upon delivery. You can check the clothing or accessories when delivered. You can either decide to accept the product and sign the delivery book or you can decide to return the product. However, once you sign the delivery book, it is no longer possible to return clothing items or accessories.
Electronic devices will be sold to you from vendors, through Oreeed; meaning that Oreeed is a third party, and does not have the authority to decide the return policy for these products. Therefore, in case of any malfunction, the return policy for each electronic device depends on the duration of the warranty specified by the vendor for that product. If there is no malfunction that is covered by the warranty, there is no return policy after the product has been used by the customers. In order for us to accept your return request, the item/s must be in the same condition as when you received it/them.

4.2 – Refunds
In case we accept your return, your refund will be in cash if you used cash to purchase the item/s, and if you payed via credit card, your refund will be sent to your bank account with-in a week maximum from your return date. Your refund can also be added to your Oreeed Wallet. Please note that the delivery cost is not refundable.

4.3 – Order cancelations
Order cancelation is permitted so long as the item/s ordered are still in our inventory, however, as soon as the delivery process begins, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

4.4 – Exchanges.
Wrong size items and quality problem items can be exchanged. For defective products, if a defect or damage is confirmed on the returned products, we will give you a complete refund including the charges you have accrued of delivery and return. The refund will be paid either to your Oreeed wallet or to the original method of payment.

5 – Delivery policy

Our delivery service is available during business days; from Sunday to Thursday from 8 am – 4 pm. Any order confirmed after 4 pm will be considered as an order of the following business day. Items are normally received within no more than 2-3 business days after the order.
If you use our express delivery service, you can receive your purchase within 24 hours after your order.
In the event that you assign someone to receive the item/s on your behalf. You will be requested to provide their information (i.e. Full name, National ID).

6 – Oreeed Wallet

You also have the option of adding the refund to your Oreeed wallet and using it for your future purchases from our website, you always have access to view your Oreeed wallet to check your balance.

7 - Shipping/delivery costs

Our delivery service currently covers Khartoum, Bahri and, Omdurman. The delivery cost will vary depending on your specific location.

8 – Feedback

At Oreeed we welcome your comments, and reviews so long as they are respectful, and constructive. We have a no tolerance policy towards comments that are offensive, political, or harmful in any way to third parties.
